These terms and conditions apply to all users of CTG Training, a trading name of Resilient Endeavours Group Ltd.

Payment: Payment of the applicable fee is due 14 days from the date of the invoice or, where applicable, before the streaming date whichever is the sooner. The delegate and firm and/or organisation placing the booking shall be jointly and severally liable for payment of the fee. Once payment of the fee has been received in full an email containing your access details will be sent to you. 

User Access: The copying and/or distribution of an CTG Training course or conference is not permitted without the express written consent of CTG Training. 

Cancellations & Refunds: All cancellations must be in writing to info@createtogenerate.com 7 days in advance of the relevant course or conference start date. An administrative charge of £25+VAT will be deducted. Refunds will be made within 14 days of the initial request.

Technical: Prior to submitting a purchase request it is your responsibility to ensure that our technology is compatible with your systems. CTG Training is not liable or responsible for any technical issues which may arise as a result of your failure to ensure compatibility as above. Due to its inherent nature you acknowledge that CTG Training is not liable or responsible for any delay, disruption or disturbance in the operation of the internet. Similarly you acknowledge that 24 hour access to this website may be interrupted due to telecommunications failures which are beyond the control of CTG Training and/or downtime for repairs, maintenance and upgrading.

Technical Support: Email support is available between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Requests for support should be sent by email to info@createtogenerate.com and we will respond as soon as reasonably practicable. 

Copyright: Copyright and all intellectual property rights in courses, materials, logos, graphics and associated website is vested in CTG Training and/or our presenters and no part may be copied or reproduced in any way without the prior written consent of CTG Training.

Disputes:

These conditions shall be subject to English law and any dispute and/or difference shall be determined by proceedings in the English courts.
